Hi, I'm Lu.

I would love to talk with you about how to better navigate your complex feelings, issues, and ideas in your journey, wherever it is currently taking you.

My goal is to help clients see themselves in a holistic way that includes their neurodiversity, gender, background, culture, desires, and the many other parts that make us precisely who we are. From there they can discover the values that guide them towards fully being themselves.

My work is informed by the belief that we all deserve support and care. Because my clients come from a diverse and often marginalized background, I believe it is important to use a sliding scale system regarding my rates.

Working with Lu has brought me to understand, accept, affirm, and love parts of myself that had been buried and I had been terrified to face. Lu has been there to help me navigate the hard parts: society, family, and my own internalized fears of myself, and to help me reclaim the joy of exploring and getting to be true to myself. If you want to understand more about your gender and/or sexuality, I can’t recommend Lu more.
